I have same issue. Try playing with retraction settings. Only retract over open spaces, as well as avoiding those movements in the advanced tab. You can also perform wipes. Start with a distance of 5mm and go from there. You can also turn coast on with distance being .2-.5mm. Flow rate and extruder ...

Prints not Starting
I have two different types of printers the ultimaker 2 extended plus and a Large size big builder. This morning I am having an issue with my prints starting for both printers. Previous G codes created in simplify are working. Could there be issues with the G code not being created correctly?
