Try putting the 3 commands in separate lines. I've had issues with this before putting multiple lines together, especially with the 500 code.

Thick First Layer Infill During Meetup
Having trouble with solid layer infill. As the extruded jumps between sections to get the longest lines possible, it meets up with a previously completed line and is much thicker. It almost looks like it doubles the last line that was there.
