I am going to throw my hat in here and also request that this feature from v4 be brought back into v5. Being able to specify custom angle is needed sometimes based on part geometry you want a a specific angle for infill.

You can add to the starting script to heat both up while not waiting using the variable for temperatures e.g.

M140 S[bed0_temperature] ; Set Bed Heater No Wait
M104 S[extruder0_temperature] T0 ; Set Extruder Heater No Wait

When I re-downloaded the software this morning I am see Simplify3D-4.0.0 installed, though my installed version is 3.1.1 and when I check for updates it says it is up to date.
