I imported 2 stl files ran the Dual Extrusion Wizard, this resulted in a grouped model I then selected the group and rotated it -90 on the Y axis. I agree, Simplify3d should be able to handle intersecting surfaces. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1889022 is an example of one. Of course that works. It seems like a bug in Simplify3d, if it is making the firmware hang. I wonder if it needs to be set to 0 degF?
