I ran into same problem with 3DLab Me109 wings. sliced fine with 4.1.2 but not 5.1.2. The fix in the advanced process settings recommended above works fine.

I'm not sure how experienced you are with PETG, but most of your problem removing supports is in the material itself. PETG layers bond very well together, which makes printing with supports very difficult, even with good separation layers. I've had to cut out my supports. Between that and the strin...
