You're talking a lot of sense. I've made a few changes to settings. I'm currently printing in PETG 240 bed 80. I've attached the factory file as asked and the FFF. Hair coming out like Morse code
When printing a "hairy" model, the strands of hair come out like Morse code, and attempt to print as such. This issue doesn't exist in Cura for this exact model, so I assume it's a setting somewhere.
