your infill size is also affected by the Extrusion Width under extruder
make sure both are the same. right now one is 0.6 and 0.4

see this was my complaint back then. to have it change the text to red for instance to indicates a setting which was no longer linked. once all setting where the same it would show as black. still a little confusing as things might match up as you are adjusting them and get link when you don't want ...

kind of found a odd work around to making the supports pillars smaller than 1mm scale your part up 200% add support of 1mm then scale the part back. depending on your interface setup... setting back might be setting the model 100% or setting to 50% to put it back to the 100% size. this will also sca...

BTW for those experiencing this flaw. you may also have to change SOLID INFILL SPEED to be 100% as well. I set top layer to 100% but I was still getting split layers. Perimeter suppose to be bonded. Kind of sound like a flow control issue or e-steps might be off. if you tell the printer to extrude 100mm of filament in to extruder does it?
