Have you tried checking the Z-axis offset under the G-code tab in the process settings?

Can anyone tell me why this happens and how to fix it? I have 3 solid top layers so I was not expecting this gap where the dome meets the base. It is clearly shown, though, in the preview. Factory file attached. Thanks!

Has anybody tried this? If you were successful, what were your settings in Simplify3D? I keep getting gaps on the 100% infill, even with 25% outline overlap, 125% infill extrusion width, 1.3 extrusion multiplier.
