This is resolved. It had to to with multiple users on one mac computer. Still trying to figure out how to admin S3D in school setting.

Update-
I moved the same STL to my mac, followed the same procedure and the visualization appears normal.
Any ideas?

Since I am new to Simplify 3D and I'm a teacher, I want to be sure I can use S3D to slice for this printer before I buy it for our classroom. Could you point me to where I'd modify the build volume?

Hello,

I'm somewhat new to 3D printing. I'm using Simplify3D for slicing with my Flashforge Creator Pro 3D Printer.

I'm seeing a top layer print too thin. See attached image.

I especially see this when I use the any infill at 20% other than rectilinear.
