I contacted support about this issue. They were able to replicate this issue with 4.0.1 but not will 4.0.0, so it is a bug with 4.0.1. In the mean time they recommended to use the same layer height or to use 4.0.0. I do not know if 4.0.0 is still available for download. I install each version of S3D...

I am having this exact same issue as well. It showed up only after downloading and installing 4.0.1. It was not present at all in 4.0.0.

Huh that is odd, I tried exporting it multiple times and it did not make a difference. I ended up deleting features one at a time until I found the one creating the issues. I then re-modeled the deleted features, that seem to fix the issue. As for the size, I don't really notice. It only takes a few...

I am having an issue when I slice a model, I am getting a skipped layer. I have used all of the repair options in S3D, none of them fix the issue or identify any problems.
