Re: Hangs in mid print with smoothieware/board.

If you print the same gcode file a second time, does it hang in the same place? Can you attach the gcode file?

Re: GiantArm D200 issues

That probably just means they haven't rolled it out in the configuration assistant yet. Just email them and they will send it to you.

Re: 4.1 and 4.1.1 Constantly Crashing. 4.0.1 Never Did.

If you are experiencing crashes, it would probably help if you attach your factory file. Just saying it is crashing without providing any other information isn't going to help much. I for one have been using 4.1.1 constantly for several days and haven't had a single crash yet. I'd be curious to test...

Re: Section of crossbow model isn't being connected

Can you attach your factory file (File > Save Factory File)? It's hard to offer much advice without seeing the current setup.

Re: Creality CR-10 painfully slow

Check the acceleration and max speed settings on your printer's firmware. If those are set really low, it will make the actual print time longer.

Re: Could not open file for writing

It's file permission problem. But I do not know what file / folder it tries to open to save something. any ideas? Yes, definitely sounds like it is a permissions issue. Re: M83: Set extruder to relative mode Gcode issues

There is an option on the G-Code tab of your process settings for using relative extrusion distances. If you enable that, it will already include the proper M82/M83 command at the start of the file, so no need to add it yourself. Re: Size changes

It probably means they did not export the STL file in millimeters. Perhaps they used inches or centimeters instead. In that case, you need to scale by 25.4x or 10x.

Re: modified profile: visible which settings have changed?

You can go to File > Export FFF Profile to get a plain text representation of the settings. Then it is pretty easy to use a text comparison tool to see what has changed between profiles.

Re: Is there a reprint hot button available?

Just click "Save toolpaths to disk" to export the build file. Then anytime you need to print it again, go to Tools > Machine Control Panel, connect to your printer, then click the big Print button in the top left and select that file.
