Try my profile which works kind of "perfect", at least for me. Should work with every original prusa i3 whit a correctly calibrated bed. For your clone you still might have to change the firmware settings for your machine... im trying it now, my petg does say 250c so not sure how itl go i...

1mm above Z0 seems way to high to me.. You’re right i typed this late at night after stressing for hours. I meant 0.1 above z0. Ill try the profile blackbird and see if I get any luck.
