Re: Having a nightmare with PETG and S3D

The picture looks like printing much too fast...
With my printer I have to set down the speed to 15-25 mm/s (and about 75% for perimeter and infill - first layer at about 40%) depending on the complexity of the printed part.

Re: Having a nightmare with PETG and S3D

I'm printing just fine with PET (I don't use PLA anymore!). The main things I realized are: Printing temperature: data for my filament: 195-220°C - after a few test prints I've got the best results at 220°C Printing Speed: This was my worst problem (delamination betwen 1st and 2nd layer) and this pa...

Re: PETG Shell Delamination on Printed Strap

I have a pretty similar Problem with my black PET Filament (ICE Filaments). Other coloured PET Filaments are not so bad but I have the same Problems there too. Sometimes after the print you can peel of the 1st layer because the 2nd one isn't bonding to it correctly. http://d3roxcpq5tricw.cloudfront....

Re: New option: Infill Perimeter Outline

I would absolutely love this Option. Now I have to set a very high infill percentage and a higher number of top layers to get better results. This Option also could have another Setting: Perimeter extention to layers below/above. This will also solve the Problem and guides to more stability of the p...
