Re: Start of outline/infill in same corner

Good evening (o; That would be terrific if S3D could someday do that :-) From time to time I experienced on the first layer that the outline was printed fine...but when starting the infill it took a short time to print the infill due to the retraction and movement....the larger the object the more t...

Start of outline/infill in same corner

Good afternoon (o;

Is there a way to have the infill being started at the same corner as the outline on the first layer?

When I swap the +45/-45 angles in the infill section the infill starts always in the same corner:

License limit reached on each start on Linux

Good afternoon Each time I start Simplify3D 4.1.2 on Debian Buster I get notified that I have reached the maximum number of licenses....and in the account page I have to deactivate it....until I restart Simplify3D again... And every time I see my machine listed as "Linux"... On macOS 10.13.6 I never...

Will Print time estimates someday improve?

Hello Seen some older posts where people are telling that the print time estimate is off by 25% - 50%... On my CR-10S I see that actual printing times are 25% - 33% longer on average.... Don't think that this high difference is only due to use the printer via USB serial... The 4.1.0 release note sta...

100% infill and solid outer fill printed separately

Good morning

To increase the stiffness of some objects I want to print the infill also with 100%.

Is there a way that the code generated doesn't print both 100% fill separately?

thanks in advance

CR-10S homing position

Good afternoon (o; This might be out of topic as it has nothing to do with Simplify3d, but I just don't wanted to subscribe to another forum ;-) Currently I use the Ender-3 printer with a FIlaPrint base which I am very happy with it... and as the license model allows to be used on two computers I ha...

Re: [Solved] Leaves thick strings and lumps during printing

Let the printer work over night...seems I haven't tightened enough the PTFE tube in the heatsink...so it eventually popped out....cleaned everything inserted a new nozzle...and forgot to tighten the nozzle again after heating up.....so starting again from beginning (o; If I want to replace the nozzl...
