Re: Part being filled in

I got a response from support:

" In this file, Single outline Corkscrew printing mode (vase mode) is checked, causing infill to be disabled. "

Unchecking that (not sure why it was checked) cure the issue, I will need to look deeper when I get home and can be at the PC.

Re: Part being filled in

I have posted the file and others a couple of times. I will do so again. All files in question were created by F360. Factory file was posted as well at one point. I have uploaded a ZIP file of the .STL, F360 source file and the S3D Factory file. As I have said before this issue happens with all file...

Re: Part being filled in

Rotated in Z a couple of degrees in both directions, multiple times.
Top and bottom layers set to 0
Infill set to 0 (not sure why this was recommended)

same results, obviously this "work around" did not work. How about a solution from the software guys?

Re: Part being filled in

FWIW, I do not believe it is a specific file issue. If it is a program setting, I surely can't locate it.

ANY .STL file I open with the new version shows it without infill.

Re: Part being filled in

I guess I have to go back to version 4 which works, as I can't seem to get any help fixing this bug in version 5...

How do I get a refund for the update I purchased?

Or even better, how about some help with a solution to the problem I am having?

Re: Part being filled in

I am seeing the exact same issue. Parts previously printed with version 4 are now hollow!

I looked through the setting but can't see anything to change to cure this.

Where are the profiles - WIndows

I just installed S3D on a second Windows PC and need to copy all my Profiles and settings to the new Windows PC.

Where the heck are the Profiles kept? And more specifically what is the easiest (read Safest) way to copy them over. :D

Re: Monoprice Ultimate Excessive Retraction at Start of Print

Well It is fixed, but I have NO IDEA why. Hopefully the S3D people can weigh in. Here is what I did... I deleted the entire Startup Script and added it back in one line at a a time, creating a G Code file after each line was added and then ran the file. The files (10 of them) ran as expected ...

Monoprice Ultimate Excessive Retraction at Start of Print

I have the Monoprice Maker Ultimate (MMU) purchased last January. I have generally had good success with the printer once I "finished building" it due to several issues and design problems. One thing that bothers me is all the files I generate using S3D cause a very large retraction just p...
