If I add dense supports @ 100%, isn't that essentially bonding the support to the print?

Raft Above Supports

I would like to be able to have S3D build a raft on top of supports to improve the underside surface quality of the supported part of the print.

Or.. if there is a way to do this manually now I would appreciate knowing how to do it.

Were you able to improve this at all? I have a similar issue and have been trying the advice in the S3D guide, but that first layer doesn't seem to change no matter what I do. It is just not good at all.

Dense Support Questions

I'm new to S3D and have been reading a lot about support structures. But I still have some questions. 1) Is it possible to specify Dense Support Layers per individual supports? Or must that setting apply to the entire print? 2) If I specify 3 Dense Support Layers, S3D prints these both on the top AN...

Print Quality Issue Where Supports Were Attached

My first print with S3D came out rather well, except for where supports were attached. I used default settings since I am brand new to S3D. I have attached a photo. The one on the bottom is my prototype. The one on the top is my print. It's as if the surface layer was not even printed(?) I left some...
