It is for a single extruder only with the mmu. I was having issues with multiple extruders so I removed the other ones.jmtrappier wrote:

I contacted customer support about this issue awhile ago (before I even received my mmu) and they gave me a beta version a setup to work with my prusa mk2s mmu. The profile had some issues, there were sometimes collisions between multiple filaments when retracting. Since I like S3D better than slice...
