I have the same problem in Windows 10 Enterprise (1703). I know I saw the problem with S3D 4.1.1 and it is still a problem with 4.1.2. To recap, yes I know there is an option to keep the gizmo on. Just as others have said " Always show full 3D transform gizmo", each time I open Simplify 3 ...
