Hi, I had the same issue, but I found the solution within Simplify3D: Tools > Options > Models > Uncheck 'Automatically center and arrage imported models' Now, when you import multiple stl's they will are positioned the same towards each other as they used to do in you Solidworks(/fusion?) file.
