I also have three printers I use a lot. UM3, UM2+ and Prusa MK3. If you run the configuration assistant and add each printer you can then create different processes for them (and have them all listed in the same view) - no need to delete machines and profiles. I name them like this: UM2+ PLA 04 UM3 ...
