I learned through my pre configured Sigma files, generated by Sigma Progen Tool, that you can change actually exact behaviour for each extruder. Go to FFF Settings -> Scripts -> Tool Change Script Mine looks like this: {IF NEWTOOL=0} T0 ;Start tool switch 0 {IF NEWTOOL=0} G1 F2400 E0 {IF NEWTOOL=0} ...

Same here. I have a Sigmax and I want to print PLA with PVA. PVA needs almost no Fan.
