Your understanding is very faulty. My settings are fine for that part. There should be a brim attached to the part. So... Skirt layers 1 Skirt offset 0 Skirt outlines 5 Which generates as it should if there is only one process: screen.jpg Please see the images at the top of: https://www.simplify3d.c...

no. 5. The third process in the attached factory file should generate a brim attached to the object that is 5 outlines wide. Instead it generates a 1 outline skirt like for the rest of the objects.

In my opinion it is a bug (Slic3r cuts this properly). And what that option would do if on the same height there will be bridges in different directions ? (hint: it would be totally useless).
