zits. i did a search..

i did a search and found some other instances of this.. and am wondering if theres a work around.or fix.. the zits are happening at the outer perimeter, when the nozzle steps out from the inner perimeter of a 2wall outer wall .. im printing INSIDE-OUT outline direction..... they are also present on ...

NON PLANAR SLICING

i played around with this a while back.. and im sure it will have its challenges to implement, i think its where 3d printing should go...non planar slicing printing is a thing of beauty..

there is a speed for the first layer expressed as a percentage of the DEFAULT PRINTING SPEED ive got my printer pretty dialed in as im sure many many others do as well.. i can print anywhere from 5mm/sec to as high as 90mm/sec (90 is the fastest ive ever had it goin) its set to 30mm/sec default and ...

another vote for cubic infill, i that infill on a friends prints and was jealous.. we printed the same part with the same infill, outer and base layers and his cura part was stronger than the one i made with S3d

hello ive been using simplify for aboyt 1 year now and have really no grips, its been pretty much perfect once i set up retracts and stuff, i get beauful prints and rarely does one fail that was not my fault.. i have noticed on radiuses or curves (outer layers) that it leaves gaps currently the only...

thats the trick thank you...i troed to see how much ir takes to get the gaps to completely close and even at .05 layer height they did no close.. i guess ill have to live with it..i can reduce the layer down to .1 but past that the cycles times get crazy long ...ill find a happy medium.. would be aw...

all metal hotend, volcano heater block, heated bed , enclosed, it is polycarbonate, pc maker i think ....i have been cooking at 258, it flows really well at speed up to 37mm/s, but the fact that there are outer layers not sticking probly does mean i need a bit more heat ..i made ome changes to marli...
