Why would I ask support for a profile? I assume if the profile exists it would be listed in the list of available machines in the wizard. Are you saying that these profiles exist, but only the old printers are made available on demand through S3D machine setup, while new printers must be manually re...

Having different models of printers and different materials makes this list grow long very fast. Alpha sorting alone would be great.

I also have a printer that's listed in their advertisements but isn't in the available list (Craftbot 3).

I uninstalled and reinstalled. Did not change behavior. I can't print anything right now because I can't slice anything.

What do I have wrong with support?

I'm trying to use S3D for the first time to print items requiring supports. I just enabled the support toggle and left the default values on. What settings do I have wrong that is making is under-doing the support? Tail and chain are printing in air, among other issues. I appreciate any pointers! Ca...

You might be over extruding a tiny bit also but start with retraction I think.
So do what as far as retraction?
