Re: Using Infill as a Mesh looking design

Did this and worked out really well using window screen spline to hold the cloth in the grill grove. I had considered doing an infill only but kn...

Re: End Script / GCode

This is the part of my end script that does just that, when mine is done. My bed a 250 so move to 249, If you go too far it will just make a loud clicking noise that will scare you but does no harm to anything.

G90 ; absolute mode
G1 Y249 ; Move bed out
M84 ; disable motors

Re: "Random" Pauses

I would do the print from the sd card, windows and USB connection has never been reliable, I built an octoprint server to eliminate the issue and never had it again. I have since moved to a duet board which has an on- board printer control, which is the best solution to so far. The pausing issue has...

Freudian slip, I'm guessing - which these days means auto-correct - but 'Fictional V5' still seems to be a thing.
Fictional/functional ... tomato tomahto.

Re: Things you've taken away in V5

Thanks for the updates everyone! I will concentrate on moving to Prusa slicer and continue using 4.0.1 which works just fine for my needs.
Good luck getting V5 fictional enough to use..

Re: Who were the V5 beta testers?

The general public is beta testing, after the years of no support why would they bother with beta testers..
