Im having the same issue. I dont understand the answer that was provided. What do you mean by
"Tab GCode > Z Offset
Tab Scripts > Starting Script" ?

Update: setup the printer in repetier host and it works just fine. print bed and extruder heat up and stay at temp though tout print. the target value showen on the printer for extruder and bed stay set to the same temp that they pre heat to. I have version 4.0.1 .
there is only the starting setpoint that was setup by default in the per layer temp setpoitns.
for extruder
It says Layer 1 temp 225.
for bed
It says Layer 1 temp 100.

I have an anycubic I3 mega. Its been working fine for the last week and Ive done a dozen or so prints. Update: unchecking wait or startup will allow the Fabrikator 2 mini to connect but it still wont work with the software. If I go to move the print head or bed it will only execute one command and then wont do anything.

Fabrikator 2 mini not connecting
My Fabrikator 2 mini wont connect. I see its com port (3) but the software wont connect. If I try opening it in repeater it connects just fine. Is there some thig other than Machine control panel for setting this up that Ive missed?
