I had originally thought the same thing, however it turns out changing the setting for "Internal Thin Wall Type" under the advanced settings to "Perimeters Only" seems to have fixed the problem. To me, it looks as if what you're seeing...and interpreting as "tiny" infil...

Have you gone through an extruder calibration to ensure the proper number of steps/mm? One of my printers came out of the box incorrectly calibrated. I'm glad I went through this process. Hello, I'm hoping someone has a quick answer for this problem. I've sliced a part, and I'm getting very small bits of infill, and I can't figure out how to remove them.. My minimum infill length is set to 3.00mm, yet these are still showing up. Not sure where else in the settings I would remove thes...
