Not sure it is a bug, but the fix is to move them farther apart. That worked ... thank you Thank You !! In thinking of how I might approach this problem (switching order of parts, creating a custom brim in the model, hacking the G code ...), I never thought of moving the parts further apart ...

Regardless of S3D ability to manage profiles, I've run into issues where profiles do get corrupted or wiped out. This has happened on a version update to S3D and another case of a corrupted profile infecting other profiles. In both cases, CS advised me to re-initialize S3D and re-import my profiles....

Path Spacing

Is there a description of how S3D determines the spacing between paths / neighboring extrusions ? There is the Advanced => Overlap profile setting, but that applies only for the junction between perimeters and infill.
