Your first layer calibration should have the zig-zag pattern sticking fairly well to the print surface. This can be tested by lightly scratching with your fingernail. Yep, sounds like you have the same issue with the g-code. As indicated, this problem seems to exist only with v4.1.0. I bought v3.0 fairly soon after it first came out. [FIXED] Loading then running g-code file causes 4.1.0 shut-down
I used drag-and-drop to load a g-code file on v4.1.0, then told it to print, which caused a program shut-down. The same file dragged and dropped on v4.0 works perfectly. The g-code file was originally generated by v4.1.0. Anyone else have this problem?
