Holes are closed but no infill

Hello,
I try to print a christmas tree without infill. There are a hole at bottom but in print preview the hole are closed. I don't know why.
I've added the screen of bottom as attachment, The middle (green layer) starts at layer4 but it should be holed.

Hello, i figured out that Creality Ender2 printing smaller than defined in Simplify3D.
