Re: Remove first layer outer most wall path

In the other tab, you can use negative horizontal size compensation in half the width of your first layer extrusion width in order to move the first layer's perimeters inward by the amount of a full extrusion width. In the case of needing 0.5mm to be removed you would set horizontal size compensatio...

Re: Remove first layer outer most wall path

Have you tried using a single layer process for your first layer and using horizontal size compensation in the other tab to adjust for the added width of the smoosh?

This is not currently an option in Simplify3D. Please add your interest to one of the two preexisting threads for this feature request.

Re: Presets for all process settings.

You can do this by pressing the minus button next to quality and material until all presets are gone. Then all you have to do is save different versions of your profiles named exactly as you have suggested.

Re: Start of outline/infill in same corner

The align start points function of the layer tab currently only aligns the outer start points for your perimeters. I'll submit this feature request for you to be able to do the same for infill start points and keep an eye on your thread to gauge other user interest.

Re: Change G-Code During USB Print

So like an on the fly temperature tower? Have you tried using the Variable Settings Wizard to set one of these tests up ahead of starting a print? It's pretty common already. This guide may help.

Re: Change G-Code During USB Print

Can I ask why you'd want to pause a print and then resume with different settings? Wouldn't you also want to change the extrusion or other settigns for the already printed portion of your model?

Re: Dual extrusion different infill percentage

Just to piggyback on this, is there any way to use the dual extrusion wizard on a single model? Not currently. You can certainly still setup prints for dual extrusion on a single model. You only need goto the appropriate tab in process settings and change the extruder assigned to the feature you're...

Re: Change color of the object if scaled

what could I do from keyb/mouse to do this ? ctrl+wheel? or something like this? ctrl +- ? E switches the 3D view to scale mode. Then a left click and drag would scale the model according to the length of the drag. You could have done this while trying to rotate the model a small amount while zoome...
