Raspberry Pi single board computers utilize a different processor architecture than that which the provided Linux versions are intended to be used for. 32 bit ARM is very different than 32 bit x86.

No. I'm not aware of a desktop 3D printer with IDEX print heads that will allow you to print different parts simultaneously. The underlying firmware calls that enable duplications / mirror mode are a result of the machine running the same printer instructions just with a slight offset being applied ...

buy a raspberry pi and install octoprint.. stop using S3d to control your printer, it is a slicer .. you slice, up load gcode to octoprint and then print from there. There is not a need for another temperature controller. The toolchange script will only be executed if you transition between actual tools.
