There are two separate issues mentioned here. For the profiles you are unable to download from our servers please contact our support team directly. (https://www.simplify3d.com/contact) For the machine's physical statistics not updating there is a toggle in the G-Code tab of your profile's settings....

Are you using the stock profile for the CTC bizer? If not, can you upload your factory file so the members of the community can take a look at what you may need to change?

I can't think of why this would happen. The Wifi method of printing on this machine uploads the entire file before beginning the print so it shouldn't be an issue with the connection to the printer. Are you disconnecting from the printer after the file upload completes and the print begins? If not, ...

What temperatures are you printing at? If the version of your Creator Pro has PTFE lined hotends you wont want to be printing above the melting point for PTFE. You can setup multiple processes. The variable settings wizard makes it easier to automatically create multiple processes for different areas of your print.
