I too would like to see the ability to split a part that is too big for the print area into multiple parts directly within Simplify3D software.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but if the printer software could be configured to provide the option to purposely put a feature that is raised above the print table surface a few mm in the corners of the bottom support structure (maybe user select-able for one corner or all corners) then...
