The file you posted is actually a profile and not a Factory File. The Factory File will contain model information that is needed to fully diagnose your issue here. The Factory File can be saved by going into Simplify3D and choosing File > Save Factory File As.

Can you post a Factory File showing the errant behavior you reference here? A description of the behavior would also be very helpful.

This can happen the first time the software is opened on your Windows machine. Please close and re-open the software and let me know if this works for you.

There are a few reasons why this might happen. The first thing I would suggest would be to use a different SD card. A lot of times the storage device that comes with a printer is not the highest quality and issues like this can occur. If the pauses still happen could you please provide a Factory Fil...

This model seems to have quite a few non-manifold edges as well as self-intersecting surfaces. These can definitely cause some issues but I was able to manually place supports on this model regardless. Could you post a Factory File where you were having issues with this?

Spoke too soon.
Spiral mode now includes random stalls, every so often the print head just freezes for .5 sec. Usually at the same point of the circuit (loop). Not helpful..
Can you post a Factory File where you observed this happening so we can investigate this?

The Remove Support functionality is not working as intended when being used in the Cross-Section View currently. I have documented and provided my findings for the development...

You define the Infill Extruder in the Infill tab of the Process Settings. This drop-down is found in the "General" section. That being said I would recommend reloading the stock profile for this machine as our Auto-Configure is not set up by default to use a different extruder for the part and infil...
