Re: Ender 3 - Extruder stop while printing

I have the same issue with the Creality 1.1.5 Silent board. Been forced to use the latest Cura and it's a horrible piece of software. Only just about runs on a i7 8th gen gaming laptop. The whole interface is a mess. S3D can you help with this issue please!!! We have been testing this internally an...

Re: Odd pattern on printed items

It looks like these are probably Top/Bottom Solid Layers but it is tough to tell from just the screenshots. Could you provide a Factory File please?

Re: Under Extrusion on Top Layer Corners

I know you said that speed and acceleration/jerk have no effect on this but it does look like the extruder is unable to keep up when the nozzle is actually moving at full speed. As it slows to go into the corners and double back the extrusions look solid and full again. This usually indicates slowin...

Could you please post a Factory File that causes a gcode output like this? I have never seen this before but would definitely like to look into it further.

Re: Not Adding Support In Some Places

It looks like the normals for the triangles of your STL are inverted or flipped. I would try going to Repair > Flip Surface Orientation and then click on any triangle that makes up the model. This will invert the normals for your part and seemed to make everything work alright when I tested it.

Re: No flow when not using a raft

It sounds like these two issues may not have the same cause as these printers are fairly different but could either of you please post a Factory File? It would help us in giving some suggestions. My immediate thought would be that you may have a partial clog or may be printing too close to the bed. ...
