Re: Circular plate dimension is incorrect

Delta build volume in Simplify3D is input as the largest square that could fit into your circular build volume. I have included a link to a Forum post that covers this in detail but please let me know if you have any questions.

Re: Need some help with top layer concentric infill

It may be better to use enough perimeters that these fill in the shape completely. You can then go to the Advanced Tab of the Process Settings and Allow Single Extrusion Fill for the Internal Thin Wall Type option. This will use a variable width path to fill in that very middle section for you. Let ...

Re: Raft adheres to print after moving to V4

What other raft settings are you using? The best solution is usually to increase the separation distance but doing this too much can also result in poor surface quality for the bottom of your part. If you do not want to increase the distance for this reason you could try using a slightly faster Abov...

Re: Simplify 3D trying to make impossible supports

How small is the model here? Could you post a Factory File? Either way if the support pillars are too large even at 1mm you can always scale the model up 200%, place 1mm supports and then scale the whole thing down to 100% again. This will scale the support pillars as well.

Re: "Failed to create final toolpaths"

Inside of the Simplify3D install directory you will find a shell script titled "AddUserPermissions.sh". You can run this script as sudo from your current user account and permissions errors should be resolved. Please let me know how this works for you.

Re: Not loading *.factory files?

This may be just a terminology confusion issue. Simplify3D has an "Import FFF Profile" option and a "Open Factory File..." option. Factory Files cannot really be 'imported' but more 'opened' which is why this slight distinction is made. If you drag and drop or use the Open Factory File options does ...

It looks like the file you tried to attach didn't make it. Could you please try this again? A Factory File usually works best. This can be saved by going to File > Save Factory File As...

Re: New Guy Noob

I would be happy to take a look and I am sure there are many other users that have valuable advice. Could you please post a Factory File? You can export one by going to File > Save Factory File As.
