I am trying to print with a single perimeter shell which is 0.4 mm thick using my Prusa I3 MK2 and a 0.4 mm nozzle. When I slice the STL into S3D the exterior walls are missing, until I turn on the allow single extrusion walls feature on the advance print settings tab. The print comes out fine apart...

should I be using the allowed perimeter overlap setting in the advanced => thin walled settings section to get good bond strength or the endpoint extension distance setting?
Thanks for replying zemlin. I am new to S3D, how do I apply different process to the skin and the ribs? Would I have to import them as separate models or can I select different regions of a model?
