I find the auto width useful, especially when the model has both wide and fine details where S3D does a good job of optimizing the line width. But recently I have been making large structural parts and finding that the default auto width of nozzle x 1.2 is not enough. Using nozzle x 1.5 gives better...

I'm having the same issue. S3D are saying on a locked thread that it has been fixed in release 4.1.2 but I can't find that. Anyone have a link to the download?
