also check your linear advance setting. on my i3 mk3 slic3r sets filament specific gcode to tune the firmware to better manage extruder pressure. I ported this to my s3d profile and am getting much more consistent results now.

Just want to confirm that outside in on outer parims helps. I think it is the faster inside line that overshoots the corner so when the outer line comes around it has to either overlap or get pushed out. My thought is that after a few layers it finally is off enough to get pushed out the side. As al...
