Improve hole strength
One of the weakest parts of a Simplify3D print are the holes - this is because the number of outlines/perimeters is the same as for the shell itself. I know that I can just increase outlines/perimeters, but this adds unnecessary print time and plastic. I would like to see a separate setting for wall...

+1 for tree supports. I would go one step further and ask for "smart supports". S3D is weak in the calculation and placement of supports. For example, take the case of a recessed hole for a bolt. When the recess originates at the build plate (bottom) there will be a smaller hole in the roo...

Simultaneous heat of bed and extruder(s) on startup
Please provide an option to have the bed and the extruders start heating at the same time at the beginning of a print. It is unnecessary to have these operations sequential and it just makes the build take that much longer.
