Was this ever addressed? I'm still struggling to place supports under a large overhang because there's A) I'm stuck in ortho view and B) what you said above: that support placement is based on exactly what's in the viewport, even in cross section. B seems like it was overlooked in development becaus...

I have been using this program for a couple months now, and it's really hard to trust their automatic support generation. It misses a lot. I have supports that mysteriously go missing when converted to gcode, supports that aren't generated under a clear overhang (completely horizontal... comon guys!...

As far as I can tell, it's best to set all the configurable fields in you process settings and then never fool with the profiles or processes ever again unless you have a really compelling reason. Update fields as needed in the settings and run with it. For a software title that has "simplify&q...

If this is true, and I'm probably reading too fast, then changing the profile shouldn't alter things that are key to the process, and yet, it does. They're not separate... but they're not the same... what gives? I just downloaded a factory file that changed the profile to Default. So, I change it ba...
