Strange.. the day after I posted this and I did nothing it magically works. Refresh issue of some type maybe?

Looks like the issue is in the exporting process when the source was a scala-based scale. Ill check it out.

I suspect youre too high over the bed for your first layer. Try resetting your z zero point to .05 or .10 lower than it is now.
