What is the size/diameter of that gear? It looks like the teeth are far too small for your nozzle size (0.4?)

Every slicer I have used is massively incorrect for times. You need to account for the acceleration parameters to get a better quality estimate. There was a couple of G-Code parsers that worked pretty well online. But Sadly seem to be defunct. I have been tempted to write my own over the years. Mayb...
