I've had the same issue as we recently purchased a printer without a USB port. However, it also attempts to launch some other program. I don't recall what it says, but a dialog box pops up and request me to insert a drive into <random drive letter>. I just close the dialog box and it copies the file...

That part in your code about Z move 10 up if you're printing something at max build height would that cause the print to be jammed into the hot end? We're seeing this happen with some of our larger prints and I'm troubleshooting it. We have 4 Dremel 3D45s.

My co-worker and I have seen this a couple of times with a print, but only partially. There were gaps in the top layer as if it just didn't generate the .gcode for the finished product completely. I'm not sure why this happened.
