From the photos alone it looked as if you were printing on a raft. But on seeing your settings, there's no raft! It is possible this could be an issue with the model but my immediate guess is that you may have the "Merge all outlines into a single solid model" option checked. This can be found in the Advanced tab of the Process Settings. If this is not the issue could you please post a Factory File ...
