The profile I am using to print this is available to download and view in the link provided above.
If it is over-extrusion, why is it only in the middle, but not on either side?
Neither is it anywhere on the outside, which is perfect.

Here is the printer, with an E3D hotend and fang fan duct, but I don't think it's a hardware issue because of the strip of perfect printing at the hole level.
