Re: Warping issue

When I was referring to too much heat, I meant everything except the nozzle temperature. Make sure you have all your cooling options at 100% and good air flow in/around the printer and the part. I tried that as well, however, when that happens, it causes the print to go straight for the first ~150 ...

Re: Warping issue

Alright, I have attempted to decrease the temperature, and I am unable to print this PLA+ less than 205C without the piece I'm printing falling apart. I even raised the temperature of the extruder and the heated bed to try and make it sticks better, but its still causing the corners to come up from ...

Re: Warping issue

Just to see where my printer sits for Temperature on this filament, I printed a Temp tower and it would not even extrude anything less than 200C. I reprinted the piece that I posted above using 205C as a temp and it made it worse. Not only did it come out with extra warping, it also came out rather ...

zemlin wrote: Thu Jan 09, 2020 7:04 am What material are you using?
Inland "Premium PLA" White. According to the sticker on the side of the box (Image would not upload) its "PLA+" 1.75mm Print Temp 205-225C

3D Print filament that I use, except mine is "white", not "Natural".

Re: Warping issue

@Sbstudios You have quite a lot of other issues going on with your print besides just warping. You seem to be having retraction, extrusion and temperature issues. Most of what I'm seeing can be pinpointed and worked out with S3D's comprehensive troubleshooting guide: https://www.simplify3d.com/supp...

Re: Warping issue

It seems like the issue is not adhering to the build plate at those corners. This is the raft after the last print: IMG_1168.jpg To my inexperienced eye, it seems like the raft is pulling up on those corners as well. I don't believe at this point, that its anything to do with the separation layer. I...

Re: Warping issue

Thank you for the input! I am currently attempting another print, but I will give it a go as soon as I am done with this one, and I will report back.

Warping issue

Hello Everyone! I am having issues with Warping and I cannot any of the models I am printing to stay flat. Re: Issues with setting up Delta Printer

My apologies for the delay in response, by playing around with the settings, I managed to get stuff to somewhat work. Yes that is exactly the behavior I am experiencing, and it was not intentional. Would it be best to remove the line? or just adjust it to G1 Z1 F5000? I just went through the assista...
