Simplify3D Support advised me that the warning "just indicates that the file is not from Sindoh's slicer. You can safely ignore it and print without issues." I've followed this advice on my Sindoh 3DWOX1 and found that the Simplify3D gCode does indeed work fine. I had no significant issues...
