I saw that and did all the steps, including notifying support. The super is not on the list, and all of the printers on the list produce .3w g godes that the super says are not compatible. The sample .3w g code that comes on the usb included in the printer do work when sent to the printer through si...

Da Vinci Super
The software compatibility check says it's supported. It doesn't show up on the setup wizard list. gcodes produced for Davinci Pro 1.0 fail as incompatible. Any advice?.
