Thank you for your advice. To be clear when I go to the advance tab\movment behavior I see a check box "avoid crossing outline for travel movments" Is this what your talking about?

Has anyone printed with Nylon 66. I am using Gizmodorks brand. My question is what temps and times do I use for Annealing the prints. Gizmodorcks tells me " the glass transition temperature, is about 72 C"

For give but were do I find the factory file? Do you mean the .G code file that the slicer produces?

First layer start point, gap

Please see attached. two layer wall thickness. As the first perimeter starts and as it comes around to set the second band it is leaving a gap. Any ideas how to fix this? I set a print with 1 process up to 1.6mm from the build plate and a second for the rest of the print. I tried to print a different part but it still showed two process in the process window so I deleted the second one. Now nothing will print more then 1.6mm high! How do I fix this, Turn it off?
